The Piedmont Wine Trail Goes Local!  July 31 - August 1

On the weekend of July 31 and August 1, each winery will feature local products –from pesto to jewelry, fresh vegetables and more! Visit the wineries from 1 pm until 4 pm to try and buy these local products. For more details, visit marylandwine.com, or visit our facebook page!text

Basignani Winery: 
Beef and Bison with Basignani: Roseda Beef and Gunpowder Bison will be at Basignani through the weekend. 

Boordy Vineyards:
Paola’s Pesto – Paula Kunkel www.paolaspesto.com  will be sampling Arugula, Sun-dried Tomato & Basil Pestos paired with wines.

DeJon Vineyards: 
Helen Heckwolf will offer her handmade Native American jewelry and pottery.

Fiore Winery & Distillery: 
Hawks Hill Creamery will offer samples of their cheeses with Fiore wines!

Harford Vineyard & Winery: 
Harford Vineyard will provide samples of delicious gourmet baked goods created by Kathy Fiedler the owner of Kathy's Sugar & Spice. Kathy will have additional goodies available to purchase. Mention the Piedmont Wine Trail and taste our first estate Merlot wine ---- soon to be bottled.

Mount Felix Estate Vineyard & Winery:

Woodhall Wine Cellars:
Simmer Rock CSA (community supported agriculture) which operates out of Springfield Farm, an organic farm located on Yeoho Road in Baltimore County which specializes in poultry, eggs and other meats.  We will also be having Patricia Della Casual Fine Dining serving samples using Springfield products.  Simmer Rock will offer sample comparisons of freshly harvested vegetables with the same vegetable from the supermarket. Woodhall will also be offering a free sampling of our Vintner's Prestige wines to anyone who mentions the Piedmont Wine trail upon their arrival.
