Thanksgiving Farm wines are made exclusively from sun-ripened grapes grown in the vineyards at Thanksgiving Farm. We use traditional fermentation methods and French oak barrel aging for our wines.

Our winemaking efforts are focused on producing a single, premium red wine made from a blend of Bordeaux grapes - our Meritage wine. For each vintage, we carefully choose the proportions of each grape variety to be included in our Meritage, based on the vintage-specific ripeness and flavor of each variety. Only grapes from our older vines are used for our Meritage.

Our second label, Farmhouse Red, is made with the remaining ripe grapes from our vineyards that are not needed for our Meritage.
