Wine Down Friday's are family-friendly, however anyone ages 17 and under must be supervised by an adult at all times. $5 admission for anyone ages 4 and up. (Wine Club Members are free) Light food and snacks are available through Knob Hall Winery. You can purchase food through our caterer, Executive Chef Jeremy Jones. (Cash only to purchase food through Mr. Jones) You can bring snacks and small food items to Knob Hall Winery, however it is illegal to bring any alcohol not made at Knob Hall WInery on to our property or in our facility. Yin/Yang Yoga and Wine! This is one you won’t want to miss! Join certified Yoga instructors, Luke Collins and Michelle Grimes for this unique experience! Yin and Yang Yoga combines both warm and cool elements, delivering a dynamic and balanced flow. Luke will be instructing the Yang portion, bringing his expertise to the class to offer dynamic movement and engagement in an athletic flow to warm the entire body, including the joints and ligaments, in preparation for the Yin practice. The Yin portion will be instructed by Michelle and will include gentle stretching to help the muscles relax and allow the deep connective tissues surrounding the hips, thighs, hamstrings, and lower back to open and release tension. Yin Yoga maintains the health of connective tissues and encourage free flow of energy in the body. We will end the class in Yoga Nidra, which is referred to as the “Yogic Sleep!” This class will leave you feeling strong and balanced and completely relaxed! Please bring a Yoga mat, blanket, and towel for your convenience! There will live music afterwards from 3pm til 5pm where fresh and mindful foods will be available for purchase from Executive Chef, Jeremy Jones and of course plenty of Knob Hall's award-winning wine.
